About Chad
Chad Pravlik is a Tarpon Springs-based Realtor® with LPT Realty and the name behind Selling Pinellas 2 Pasco. Boutique by design, he works with a few clients at a time across Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Clearwater and the Pinellas beach towns, and up into Pasco.
Over his career, he has experience helping sellers and buyers alike — cash buyers, first-time buyers, VA and FHA buyers, and luxury buyers — on homes from $200K to $1M+ and everything in between; today, he continues to help buyers and their families find their dream home — but his focus is sellers: helping get your home sold, and helping you walk away with what matters most — the price, the timing, and the terms. As a Single Agent, he owes his clients full fiduciary loyalty, a step beyond Florida’s default transaction-broker role.
